Naushad is a specialist criminal defence barrister and in-house counsel. He undertook his pupillage at 1 Gray’s Inn Square Chambers before his recruitment to the firm to manage a heavy and varied case load. He is experienced in all areas of criminal law and regularly advises clients in proceedings from the initial stages of a police investigation through to trial before the Crown Court. Naushad has experience advising and representing clients in proceedings before the magistrates’ court and Crown Court in relation to a wide range of cases including murder, drugs offences, money laundering, rape and serious sexual assault, robbery and theft. He is fluent in French.
