Wills and Probate

“Where there is a Will there is a way”

Our team will advise and assist you with the preparation of wills and the execution of matters of probate. We understand that this is a heavy responsibility and there are many less costly options in preparing a ‘D.I.Y’ will. However, it is our experience that the rules and regulations governing the preparation of wills are complex and there are many pitfalls along the way. Our approach is simple, we take your instructions, explain you legal position and thereafter act in your best interests.

Executors are appointed by the deceased person and an executor’s duty includes responsibility for carrying out the wishes of the deceased. We assist in the collection of assets in accordance with the wishes of the deceased and thereafter in the discharge of all liabilities. Except in the simplest cases most executors do not deal with this job on their own but instruct the services of a solicitor to act on their behalf as it usually involves a great deal of administration.

Unfortunately the absence of a will, or a poorly written document, can mean instructions on how your estate should be dealt with are unclear and lack legal standing. This can lead to disputes over property, belongings and finance.
We offer an expert yet competitively priced will writing service specifically tailored to the client’s individual circumstances and requirements.

  • Documents destined for West Indies or India and Worldwide generally
  • Commercial and company notarisation
